I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were rather small and unwelcoming given the high price, but they were large with a sofa, 2 TVs, and a king bed. The location was awesome, just a few blocks away from Union Station and close to various downtown attractions. The service was attentive, with drink cards and town car arrangements, but the constant room cleaning on the day of checkout was a bit intrusive.

My stay at the hotel was quite enjoyable. The room setup was a bit different than expected, with a separate living/dining space and bedroom, but it was clean and quiet. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were top-notch with a huge bathroom and walk-in shower, making for a comfortable and clean experience. The service was a mix of some rude interactions but overall very compassionate and kind. The location was absolutely amazing, right off the 16th Street pedestrian mall with easy access to shopping, dining, and sightseeing. The dining experience, though basic, was outstanding, providing a great variety of delicious options.
